Work Trials
A sample of the actual work, not an interview
A bounded sample of the actual work, under declared conditions and a versioned rubric. If our system fails mid-trial you retry free — charging for our own failure would be indefensible.
In plain words
Taken from the product's own specification, not written for this page.
An employer has a role, a requirement and a shortlist, and does not want to guess. They open the trial workspace, pick a role requirement, and either take a trial brief from the library or write a bounded one. Before anyone is invited, they must declare the conditions: how long the task takes, which tools are allowed, whether artificial intelligence help is permitted, what environment applies, what adjustments are available for a candidate who needs one, and which version of the rubric will judge the work. Those declarations are not settings. They are part of the evidence, and they travel with the result for the rest of its life.
