Fee help
Ask support to review a fee-related access problem.
Affordability support
The public website does not collect income documents, bank statements, identity documents or precise household income. The authenticated request is a support workflow—not an automatic discount, loan, credit, scholarship award or entitlement.
Five governed request types
Each request remains support-owned. It cannot change a SKU, activate access or create credit without the separate canonical decision path.
Ask support to review a fee-related access problem.
Ask whether a governed payment arrangement can be reviewed.
Open a review request; this is not an award or eligibility decision.
Ask for a support decision without assuming an automatic price change.
Route an existing checkout or refund problem into the canonical support workflow.
No-shame input law
APP5 accepts only a coarse optional band, urgency and short public summary. Do not place contact details, payment numbers, exact income, identity evidence or documents into that summary.
No automatic outcome
No automatic discount, credit, scholarship, refund or entitlement is created by opening the workflow.
No document funnel
Income documents, precise household income, bank statements and identity documents are outside this public contract.
No pressure copy
The request must not rank, shame or segment a student by household resources.
Receipt boundary
Read the request state only from the authenticated APP5 ledger; a website click is not proof of submission.
