Who may use AspireACE

Public learning and planning surfaces are available only for their stated supported exams and states. Account ownership, age, guardian authority, and paid access remain governed by the authenticated product records.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another learner, upload unlawful material, or present planning guidance as an official exam or counselling decision.

Minors and guardian consent

AspireACE serves learners who may be minors. The final terms must state the age and guardian-consent rules precisely and must remain consistent with the separate child-safety and privacy records.

Liability and governing law

The liability, warranty, dispute, jurisdiction, suspension, termination, and governing-law clauses remain withheld pending legal approval. No wording on this status page substitutes for those clauses.
