Policy
Grievance
In plain words
- A statutory grievance route must name an accountable officer, a working email, a postal address, and response timing.
- Those owner facts have not been approved for publication, so AspireACE does not invent them.
- Product support remains available through the authenticated support path.
- A support request is not represented as a statutory grievance filing until the approved officer record exists.
Publication status
Statutory publication is blocked on owner facts. Named officer, verified grievance email, postal address, response time, and legal approval are still required.
Required contact record
The final record must publish the grievance officer's approved name or role, a monitored grievance email, a complete postal address, operating hours or acknowledgement timing, response timing, and an escalation route.
Product support today
For an account, billing, access, safety, or privacy problem, use the authenticated AspireACE support route. It creates an owned case without exposing private evidence in a public URL.
No substituted identity
A general support inbox, company name, developer contact, or unverified address is not silently substituted for the statutory officer. This page remains explicit until the accountable record is approved.
