Activation gate
Seven records before exposure.
Assignment cannot begin from code alone. The reviewed registry record must exist first and must expire or be withdrawn deliberately.
Metric and guardrails
Primary measurement cannot override safety, accessibility, support, source or commercial guardrails.
Consent and expiry
Exposure requires an explicit choice and a bounded active period. Completion does not auto-publish a winner.
Lifecycle
Every state is explicit.
Paused, completed and withdrawn states remain distinct so a stopped test cannot silently restart.
