Recover access without handing over the account.

The public website cannot inspect an account or verify identity. Continue to the official AspireACE recovery flow and keep passwords, OTPs and recovery codes out of support text.

Use this sequence

  1. Use the official AspireACE account entry.
  2. Complete only the recovery challenge shown by the app.
  3. Never share a password, OTP or recovery code with support.
  4. Use the public support route if the official recovery challenge is unavailable.
