A scholarship request enters support review. It does not create eligibility, allocation, entitlement or a guaranteed discount.
Governed sequence

- The student creates the narrow relationship invitation and requested purposes.
- The sponsor claims the invitation in an authenticated account.
- The student explicitly links the sponsor or payer responsibility to the exact checkout.
- Only the authenticated billing and activation ledgers may confirm payment, receipt and access state.
