An employer opens Verified Talent from an active demand. The demand is not typed here; it is chosen from Role DNA, which owns it, and it carries a version and an expiry. The Search Console shows only fields that are lawful to search on, and it shows the ones that are forbidden as visibly absent rather than quietly missing. The result is not a ranked list of people with a score. It is a Readiness Distribution: how many candidates in the lawful set are ready for this demand, how many are near ready with one named gap, how many are not eligible because a hard gate fails, and how many simply have too little evidence to judge. That last number is shown as a number, never folded into the others.
