Case readback

Track the authenticated case, not a browser confirmation.

A real support receipt is actor-visible, source-bound and read from the app ledger. The public website cannot confirm that a case exists, changed owner or reached resolution.

Use this sequence

  1. Open the authenticated support case ledger.
  2. Select the exact case receipt.
  3. Read the public state, SLA state, next owner and resolution summary.
  4. Do not treat a website confirmation page as proof that a case was created.
